Training plays a vital role to develop the working capacities of the trainee group members and staffs engaged in the field. Need based training and software are given to the trainee group members and workers which are very essential to implement the projects being taken.

JSS has been taking efforts to provide training to the members and partner organizations time to time. The trainings are being given on tailoring, poultry keeping, cow raring, legal awareness, health & sanitation and trainers training, gender equity, human rights and leadership development. The training materials needed to provide trainings e.g: Boards, Marker, Transparence sheets, poster flip charts, handout sticker, subject wise training materials and videos etc.
