Thirty group has been formed through participatory rural appraisal, baseline survey conducted among the members of the groups. Each group consisted 25 members where there area President, Secretary & Cashier in each group. The effective IGA skill trainings have been conducted among the group members

Thirty groups divided in to three rounds, 1st , 2nd and 3rd round. Learning session have been conducted among the group members as per need assessment. Taka 5 lac a revolving fund has been distributed with the all round. Installment drown by weekly with saving of group members. The group members have been awarded through discussion in learning session regarding different social problems such as early marriage, dowry, birth registration, marriage registration, violence against women, they have also awarded regarding their right, their linkage have been developed with different service provider as well as UP parisad, DAE,DLS,DFO, hospital, Matree Shadan, Social Well fare department etc.
